B. Bench Press

C. Buddy WOD, 6 Rounds for time of:
- 5 Back Squat @ 75%
- 10 Sandbag Squat
- 20 cal Row
- 3 minute rest

note: Buddy 1 is doing a full round, then buddy 2 is doing a full round.
