then, perform 3 rounds of:

then, perform 3 rounds of:

Option B - Odd Object/Barbell ("ZOOM-IN" at 18:30 h.)
3 rounds for time of:
20 Jumping Lunges
20 Single Arm Dumbbell/KB/Barbell Snatch

then, perform 3 rounds of:
20 Jumping Lunges
20 Single Arm Dumbbell/KB/Barbell Power Clean

then, perform 3 rounds of:
20 Jumping Lunges
20 Single Arm Dumbbell/KB/Barbell Overhead Squat
