Buddy WOD
35 minute AMRAP of:
Buy In: 4 x 400 m Run*

then perform the AMRAP**:
7 Thrusters 40/30 kg
7 Bar Facing Burpees
7 Pull-ups

*Partner 1 Runs 400 m, then Partner 2 Runs 400 m and repeat
**Each person has to complete a full round of 7/7/7 before the other can take over
