B. Strength Ladder of:
10-1, 9-2, 8-3, 7-4, 6-5, 5-6, 4-7, 3-8, 2-9, 1-10
– Sandbag to Shoulder, to Squat
– Push Ups

C) 5 Rounds of:
– 10 Toes to Bar
– 20 Back Extensions
– 30 Tire Jumps
