A. Core strength, 5 rounds of 3 min. EMOM’s, without rest between rounds, of the following Triplet:
– 1st min.: 25 Russian Twist each side 20/14 kg
– 2nd min.: 20 Med Ball Sit-ups 20/ 14 kg
– 3rd min.: 50 sec. Sandbag Bearhug Hold

B. For time:
