3 Rounds of max reps of:
– Wallball Shots 20/14lbs
– Sumo Deadlift High Pull 35/25kg
– Box Jumps 60/50cm
– Push Presses 35/25kg
– Kcal Row

In this WOD you move from each of five stations after a minute. 
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises.
