A. (Squat) Clean Practice

B. 5 Sets of the following Clean complex:
– 1 Hang Clean
– 1 Front Squat
– 1 Squat Clean

C. Death by Power Cleans 80/60kg
With a continuously running clock perform 1 Power Clean, the first min., 2 Power Cleans the second min.,
and so on, continuing to add 1 each minute until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the given min!
