A. (Strict) Handstand Push Up vs (Kipping) HSPU

B. (Kipping & Butterfly) Pull Ups Practice
2x 5|3|’30

C. Bar Muscle Up Practice

D. 10 Min. EMOM of:
– Odd Min.: 1-3 Bar Muscle Ups or Scaling version
– Even Min.: 5-10 Burpees to the Bar

The regular programming of the box applies to the morning CrossFit classes and the Lunch WOD.

In the afternoon & our evening CrossFit classes, we’ll host the Reebok CrossFit Games 2018 – OPEN 18.3!
Try to be present every class for the upcoming three weeks! We’ll judge every hour! “Too late” or “late cancels” is really not acceptable! 
Make your training plans in advance! RCG OPEN workouts are FUN! COME & JOIN!!!!
