Member since August 2018 

After a long and successful stint on the weightlifting platform, where he managed to reach most of his lifting goals and increase his gravitiational pull, he has returned to the dark side of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.
Always a pleasure to have in classes, his constant cheeriness and ability to lift heavy weights never go unnoticed.  This guy is one of the good ones despite the fact he uses Google instead of Apple.

What would be your dream workout?

When did you join Crossfit Amsterdam? 

August 2018 

How long have you been doing CrossFit for? 
SInce August 2018.

What workout would you want to avoid? 
I am working on double unders and these are definitely a weak spot.  Same as Handstand push ups, so basically anything involving these.

Favourite Crossfit Athlete? 
Patrick Vellner.

What is the best thing you own that cost under $100? 

Super cool Lego Yoda figure.

Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? 

I don't make fashion mistakes, I make statements.  But probably ankle socks when there are rope climbs.

Favourite quote?

You just have to take life one "are you fu*king kidding me" at a time. 

Funniest thing that happened to you recently? 

After doing 75 pull ups in a workout, I had to lift a heavy table up 13 floors with one other person.  My arms completely cramped afterwards and I literally walked like a T-Rex for three days afterwards.  Actually, this is one of those things that probably isn't that funny.

If you could have one other CrossFit Amsterdam members body part, what would it be? 

Dustin's dreamy blue eyes.
