What would be your dream workout?
Squats, presses, hang cleans & hang snatches. Love anything strength based. Workouts with lots of "recovery" time in between. ;)
When did you join Crossfit Amsterdam?
After seeing "The Redeemed and the Dominant" on Netflix I decided I needed to get my ass of the couch and do something. I googled for a box in Amsterdam and stumbled upon CFA. It was around November 2018 I believe.
How long have you been doing CrossFit for?
Little over year, since November 2018.
What workout would you want to avoid?
Running, running, and deadlifts because I'll just hurt myself.
Favourite Crossfit Athlete?
Patrick Vellner for making gingers a little cooler.
What is the best thing you own that cost under $100?
My bed, definitely my bed. Bought it for €70 of a neighbour.
Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made?
I used to think having a polo-shirt in every colour was cool.

Being picked as member of the month.
If you could have one other CrossFit Amsterdam members body part, what would it be?
Rick's arms & legs.
I remember seeing Rick eating an entire box of donuts and I felt like that was the secret to his strength. Many boxes of donuts later I have yet to achieve a drastic increase in strength.
Denise's brain? (discipline) is pretty inspirational. She started and is finishing her masters in the same time it takes me to write a thesis. She also puts in the work at the box for hours a day.
