And that's how most of us felt after the Kings WOD as well!
60 minute AMRAP of:
Part A - As many meters as possible on the rower.
One person on the team always rowing.
Part B - AMRAP
10 Deadlifts 60/40 kg
10 Lateral Burpees over the bar
10 Air Squats
One person to complete a round before other partner proceeds.
* One person always running 400 m with 20/15kg plate
Some athletes had to be revived with a beer or 2! Luckily we allways have some in stock, or we just go to our neighbours (who are beer brewers ;) ) Butchers Tears.
