King's Day Recap
On Saturday the 27th of May, the community at CrossFit Amsterdam celebrated the birthday of King Willem Alexander with a big team workout.
The workout was as follows:
60 minute AMRAP of:
Part A - As many meters as possible on the rower.
One person on the team always rowing.
Part B - AMRAP
10 Deadlifts 60/40 kg
10 Lateral Burpees over the bar
10 Air Squats
One person to complete a round before other partner proceeds.
* One person always running 400 m with 20/15kg plate
Everyone who particated really enjoyed the first ten minutes and the last ten minutes of the workout, with almost everyone deciding the forty minutes in the middle wasn't overly fun!
It was great to see such a great turn out from the community and everyone getting in the spirit by dressing in orange and coming up with some extremely creative team names!
